Hi All,

The Pine Valley Holiday Party is scheduled for Dec 12th at 5pm;  currently we have a room booked at Sedona Winds to have the party. If a member wants to volunteer their house to hold the party, then we will have it here in PV, but as of right now, it’s at Sedona Winds.

We are also making a change this year due to the venue to have “finger food,” basically party type platters vs. a full-size holiday dinner as Sedona Winds has a restriction on the type of food it allows in the activity room on its property. I know many of you would prefer that we have the party here in PV, and we still have time for that provided we can find a home owner with a large enough home (assume 65-70 people) to host the event.

As we get a little later in the year we will ask for RSVP for the date so we can get the food and drink counts correct; of course you will still be able to bring you own “adult beverages” if you desire.

So, just a quick note to save the date, more details to follow.
