Well it was a wonderful and well attended fall party between 40-50 people showed up! The weather totally cooperated with us…! I was worried there for a bit..but it did not rain on us!
Thank you to those of you who came and brought some amazing dishes to share! Boy, the food was REALLY good!! See photos below.
I think this is a very good time to remind you all, to please set up your 2027 dues payments so you don’t forget! Again, I got into my Bill PAY at Chase bank and set up an annual payment that goes out automatically each year on the 1st..so I never need to remember to send in that $35.00. PVN doesn’t send out invoices..so PLEASE do what you can to set up something so that those funds come in a timely manner. Send $35 payments to PVN, PO Box 20194, Sedona, AZ 86341.
I need to share what was discussed at the party with everyone as it should be very important to you all.
I outlined what PVN does for the membership, and then brought up three positions on the board that were coming up in 2027 and asked for people to please step up to fill these positions. Since that meeting, the President position was filled by Bill Morgan (Diana stepping into the VP position), & the Big Park Rep position was filled by Kurt Ubbelohde. Following the meeting, Jeff Jones agreed to fill the Secretary position. So all positions are filled. THANK YOU for our wonderful residents who continue to help keep this amazing neighborhood a successful place to live. We appreciate you. Now, we need you to vote on these board members to make it all official. If you would like to fill any of these positions, please reply and send your name. Otherwise, you just need to click on the response at the end of this email to VOTE–please vote no later than Nov 1, 2026.
